Oliver has worked in Senior Supply Chain Leadership roles for more than two decades: various continuous improvement positions within a UK Supermarket Head Office environment, then leading functions with some major FMCG Brands within European Chilled & Dairy, Alcohol and Crisps/Snacks sectors.
Successfully heading up change projects and driving continuous business improvements, Oliver is passionate to unlock and inspire the fullest potential and best delivery from his colleagues, demonstrated with his empathetic and compassionate leadership style.

Segun Abati
Head of Logistics Procurement
Segun is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in transforming and managing complex international Supply Chains, Procurement and ERP processes. Expert in leading global teams and multi-million-pound projects, with a focus on innovation, process improvement, and strategic negotiations.
Started his career as a Manufacturing Engineer where he worked to improve production output and drive efficiencies.
Over the last 16 years he has worked in various roles Supply chain and Procurement at local, regional, and global levels and has led teams with Global Supply Chain spend more than £1.5bn.
He is also a product owner for Procurement within the Supply Chain environment. He pioneered the Be Supplier Programme in Supply Chain which in focused on introducing and embedding innovations with “No brainer ROI” in the Global and Local Supply chains.
Segun also has a great deal of expertise in Route to Market and Consumer (RTMC) solutions in the FMCG space. He has led dozens of RTMC projects to drive efficiency, improve cash flow, collaboration, and market share for the business in more than 30 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, and South America.

Jim Gallagher
Supply Chain, Logistics and Estates Director
Jim Gallagher is Director of Supply Chain, Logistics and Real Estate for Bosch Home Appliances (BSH) UK & Ireland, which covers the Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau home appliance brands. He also project managed the build, fit out and go live of the new BSH Distribution facility in Corby. At just under 1m sqft, and housing a 240 seat customer services centre in addition to the distribution centre, the warehouse is one of the biggest to be built in recent years.
Jim began his career as a trainee with Exel Logistics, and spent a large part of his career working in Consumer Electronics and 3rd party logistics in UK and Netherlands. He is fluent in 4 languages, holds a MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and is a Chartered Fellow of the CILT.
He lives in Nottingham with his wife and 2 children, is a member of Nottinghamshire Cricket club and an increasingly optimistic Liverpool supporter.

Valentina Simeone
European Planning Manager
Born in Treviso, Italy, in 1971 – moved permanently to Edinburgh in 1998. Master’s degree in Statistics and Demography, from Padua University.
Wrote a thesis on population clustering to inform deployment of targeted NHS services. Erasmus exchange with Strathclyde University, Glasgow, in 1993
Career Highlight – 15 years in Supply Chain at Heineken UK, lately as Head of Customer Supply Chain. Establish S&OP and Demand Management processes and tools.
Currently working for Baxters Food Group as European Planning Manager. Loving the challenge, where there is a big opportunity to improve all supply chain processes and tools.

Graeme Clelland

Graeme has been with his partner laura for 8 years and has a 4 year old daughter Maisie and a 2 year old son Dylan – he resides in the lovely tranquil countryside in North Yorkshire.Graeme has over 22 years’ experience in SAP deployments and Continuous Improvement activities where he’s been involved in more that 20 SAP global deployments. In his current role, he leads the Animal Nutrition Health Data in the Supply Chain space. His main focus is to support the design of a solution to enable quick access to harmonized supply chain data.

Peter Budweiser
Director Product Management, Supply Chain
Peter Budweiser is Director of Product Management at Celonis, the global pioneer and leader in process mining. He is leading the development of innovative supply chain applications, focusing on inventory management, procurement, and logistics and transportation. Leveraging the power of the Celonis Process Intelligence Graph, Peter is at the forefront of shaping the digital supply chain landscape.
In his previous role as Senior Data Scientist at Celonis, Peter played a key part in developing cutting-edge solutions for complex challenges in collaboration with major manufacturing clients.
Peter holds a Masters in Physics from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, an Honors Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in Munich, and has been a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley, broadening his perspective on digital technologies. Nick Archer

Nick is a highly experienced professional with over 28 years in the logistics industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director of DHL’s Consumer & Convenience business in the UK, Nick is responsible for leading over 40 businesses and more than 20 sites, overseeing a team of around 6,000 colleagues. With a specialization in FMCG Supply Chains and Convenience Networks, Nick has been instrumental in driving efficiency and value in supply chains for various blue-chip businesses.
Throughout his career, he has introduced innovative shared-user concepts in transport and warehousing, implemented automation programs, and successfully launched services like co-pack and co-manufacturing.
Prior to his current role, Nick served as a Vice President in Retail & Consumer, where he played a crucial role in the growth of FMCG automated facilities and spearheaded temperature-controlled FMCG businesses for leading confectioners. Additionally, he heads the ‘Packaging Services’ product in the UK, overseeing operations across 13 sites.
Beyond his professional achievements, Nick is passionate about building and developing high-performing teams focused on delivering excellent customer service, continuous improvement, and quality-led operations. He believes in the power of motivated teams to drive success.
Outside of work, Nick is actively involved in the DHL Charity Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact in the community. He is a devoted family man, married with three young children, and resides in the NW of England.
With his extensive experience, dedication to excellence, and passion for building strong teams, Nick continues to contribute significantly to the success and growth of DHL’s Consumer & Convenience business in the UK.

Dave has 25 years’ experience covering design, development and delivery of defence and commercial equipment to a multitude of customers across the World. He has spent his time continually striving for business excellence and transformation, leading in a number of roles within manufacturing, estimating, bid, project, product management and operations.
Dave previously set the vision for how Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Order Management was delivered across Smiths Detection, enhancing the process and digital transformation to maximise the opportunities for the end to end value chain. Thus enabling increased visibility of demand and supply to the business, its suppliers and customers; resulting in sustainable growth for all.

Raphael is a supply chain leader with extensive experience. His career across multiple areas of the supply chain has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes. Currently serving as Head of Supply Chain at Lactalis Nestlé Chilled Dairy Ltd, Raphael manages a complex network sourced from twelve factories across the UK and Europe.
Throughout his career, Raphael has excelled in optimising supply chain operations, including stock and capacity planning and demand and supply forecasting. He has successfully led sustainability initiatives that have reduced significantly environmental impact. Jane Burkitt
Former VP Global Supply Chain
Jane is an accomplished leader with over 30 years of international supply chain experience. She started her career as a manufacturing engineer, and has held supply chain leadership roles at Kodak, PepsiCo, Dairy Crest, LEGO and Mars. Passionate about inclusive leadership, she excels in driving strategic change and modernising supply chains through digitalisation. Jane has successfully led diverse international teams of over 2,000 people, operating across multiple countries. She has been recognised as a leader in her field, receiving accolades such as the 2024 Reuters Trailblasing Women in Supply Chain. Outside of work, Jane lives in London with her partner, two teenagers, two dogs and two cats and enjoys cold water swimming and staying active. She is a Trustee and Board Member at UN Women UK: UN Women is the only global organisation working to make gender equality a reality in every way; from grassroots programmes with the most vulnerable women and girls, to changing attitudes, and helping governments design gender-equal policy.

Chris Yong
Senior Director of Global SC – International Operated Markets
Chris leads the supply chain for McDonald’s International Operated Markets Business Unit, consisting of 11 markets (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, and Ukraine), with his teams in those countries responsible for strategic sourcing, purchasing, logistics, quality assurance, food safety, and sustainability of food & packaging, that supports combined annual sales exceeding 12 billion EUR.
His 29 year career has included various roles at ASDA/Wal-Mart, the former Sears group, and Virgin, in a variety of supply chain and purchasing roles.
Chris’s experience has seen him lead large scale transformational change, manage several major crisis situations, elevate Supply Chain at the top table, develop future generations of talent, and continually deliver business results that sustainably drive the top and bottom lines of the P&L.
Chris is known for being tough and direct on the problems to solve, yet empathetic in approach, and enjoys connecting the dots and build lasting connections & partnerships in and beyond the enterprise.
He is highly curious, loves learning and improving, and gets great satisfaction from supporting and nurturing people and talent, and helping others on their own career and development journeys.
Outside of work Chris lives in the London area with his wife and two young daughters and is involved in various groups in his local community, including governor at his children’s school. He enjoys cooking, entertaining friends and family, and anything that doesn’t involve looking at a screen at the weekends!
