About Hack & Craft
Hack and Craft leverages innovative scenario exploration, simulation and network science to optimise and de-risk strategic supply chain transformation initiatives.
Having guided supply chain transformations and network design projects for the likes of CHEP, Schneider Electric, AkzoNobel and others, we are expert in empowering supply chain leaders to enhance the sustainability, efficiency and resilience of their complex networks.
Using genetic search and AI, our digital models challenge legacy assumptions and enable supply chain leaders to experiment with proposed structural changes in a virtual replica of their supply chain.
This ultimately improves decision making, unlocks hidden optimisation opportunities and reveals trade-offs between sustainability, resilience and efficiency.
Traditional network design technology is linearly constrained and relies heavily upon inputs and steers. This means that leaders have to assume what they’re trying to find out, leaving little room for innovation. We use genetic algorithms to challenge legacy assumptions and groupthink. Leveraging genetic search, we simulate thousands of scenarios in parallel to reveal the optimal, often hidden characteristics of your most performant network structure.
Not one-size-fits-all, our expert engineers and unique consultative approach will help you get the most out of your data, enabling you to quickly start exploring endless possibilities to achieve your ideal future state network.
We prioritise long term partnerships and consequently are priced more affordably than other providers. Unlike expensive retro-fitted technology, our technology is built from the ground up for today’s challenges. We help our clients to see quick, transformative value from minimal investment.
Be sure to reach out to us at the event: following a booked demo, we will be offering 10 free trial periods of our network design technology to organisations committed to reducing carbon emissions across their network
