Jeremy is the founder of Neways, a leading provider of next-generation Plan & Control software solutions and services for business planning and supply chain operations. Building on over 30 years of on-the-job technical experience at Unilever (Global S&OP Director), Johnson & Johnson (Senior Director Supply Chain) and Coca-Cola (Vice-President Supply), covering multi-sector consumer goods, eCommerce, pharma, public sector, defence and retail clients in more than 100 countries, Jeremy is inspired and committed to operating at the forefront of his field by devising and implementing new ways of working which can seamlessly adapt to the somewhat turbulent economic conditions that currently prevail.

Sharon has more than 20 years’ experience in delivering Supply Chain objectives through successful management of people, processes and tools, within tight time scales and budgets, and has international experience with leading brands in five blue chip FMCG companies and ecommerce implementations.

Sali is equipped with a Master of Engineering in Production and Management Engineering, and possesses a professional background spanning Production and Software Engineering. His unique ability to integrate these domains, in providing software solutions and optimisation across multidimensional planning and decision-making applications.
